You share the role details with us. We source and screen candidates. If you hire one of our candidates, a placement fee is due on their start date. If you don't hire, you owe nothing.

How is the placement fee calculated?

The fee is a percentage of the hired candidate's first-year base salary. Rates range from 15% for individual contributors to 22% for director-level and above.

What is the 60-day guarantee?

If your new hire leaves voluntarily or is terminated for performance reasons within 60 days of their start date, we will replace them at no additional charge.

How quickly can you fill a role?

Most roles see a shortlist within 10–21 days depending on seniority and location. Director-level searches typically take longer.

Do you work with companies outside the call center industry?

Yes — our core specialty is call centers and customer experience, but we place talent in any customer-facing operations environment, including BPOs, shared service centers, and inside sales teams.

Is there a minimum size company you work with?
