The guarantee

If a hire leaves, or is terminated for performance, we replace them at no additional cost.

The window

The 60-day clock starts on the candidate's first day of employment. If a qualifying separation happens within that window, we begin the replacement search immediately — at no additional charge.

Candidate resigns voluntarily
Candidate is terminated for performance reasons
Candidate fails to pass probationary benchmarks

Not covered

Layoffs or role eliminations
Mutual separations unrelated to performance
Separations after the 60-day window

How to invoke it

Contact us directly within the 60-day window. There's no formal claim process — a single email or call is enough. We'll confirm the situation qualifies and start the replacement search within one business day.

The replacement search is conducted under the same terms as the original placement. No additional placement fee is charged for the replacement hire. This guarantee applies to all placements made by DirectLine Talent and is confirmed in the placement agreement signed prior to the search.
